Who We Are

About JenEd

Our Mission

Building Systems That People Can Carry Out Seamlessly

JenEd® is grounded in the belief that when families and schools can understand one another, children are better supported.

We design the shared language, role clarity, and operational systems that make support easier to understand, carry out, and sustain.

We focus on the structures, language, and relationships that shape how people move through education systems every day across general education, special education, advanced academics, private school and public school intersections, and more.

Meet Our Founder & CEO

Jennifer Dahlquist Ramirez, M.Ed.

Jennifer Dahlquist Ramirez is the founder and CEO of JenEd and an education reform strategist with more than 30 years of experience across public, private, and non-public educational settings.

An award-winning educator, Jennifer brings a systems-level perspective to the work of designing educational infrastructure that people can actually use. She is known for turning complexity into shared language, clearer roles, and operational systems that make support more understandable and more consistent in practice.

Jennifer founded JenEd to build the underlying architecture that helps families, schools, and professionals move through education systems with greater clarity, stronger follow-through, and less repeat breakdown.

The People Behind the Work

Meet the JenEd Team

Our team brings together different strengths around one goal: making education systems easier to understand, carry out, and sustain. Together, we help shape the language, structure, and support that strengthen follow-through for families, schools, and communities.

What Guides Us

Values That Shape JenEd

Our work is guided by a clear set of values that keep collaboration grounded, thoughtful, and centered on the child.

Our Perspective

Operational Architecture for Real Educational Systems

JenEd is not built around trends, scripts, or one-size-fits-all solutions. It is built to address the repeat breakdowns that happen when communication is unclear, roles are loosely understood, and support depends too heavily on individual interpretation.

That means looking carefully at how decisions move, how responsibilities are carried, and how systems either hold or erode over time. JenEd’s approach is practical, structural, and designed to create support that people can actually understand and sustain.

Across Educational Settings

Supporting School Communities of Many Kinds

JenEd is proud to support school communities across public school districts, charter systems, private schools, nonpublic placements, colleges, and specialized programs, including:
