Aruna Rajan leads strategy and innovation at JenEd, bringing two decades of strategic leadership across healthcare and life sciences. Her career has centered on translating complex market challenges into clear, actionable decisions for organizations operating in regulated, data-heavy environments.

She began her consulting career at Scientia Advisors, supporting life science innovators with data-driven growth strategies. She then joined Illumina's Market Insights group, where she drove market and competitive analyses that shaped strategy for senior leadership, marketing, investor relations, and sales. In 2020 she founded Arogyam, a boutique strategy firm focused on helping organizations make high-impact decisions and accelerate ROI through focused market assessments.

In recent years Aruna has deeply integrated AI tools into her consulting practice, using them to accelerate market assessments, pattern recognition, and decision frameworks for clients. At JenEd, she brings that lens to the organization’s broader strategic direction, focusing on market positioning, AI strategy, and how JenEd’s work can scale across schools, districts, and institutional partnerships.
