Guidance for Families
Educational & School Support Services for Families & Caregivers
Who This Is For
Support Across the Educational Journey
JenEd works with families and caregivers navigating a wide range of school-based concerns, decisions, and transitions. This may include support related to IEPs, 504 plans, evaluations, meeting preparation, mediation preparation, school communication, transition planning, and other high-stakes educational moments from early childhood through adulthood. The goal is not just to help families get through a moment. It is to help them better understand the system they are moving through.

How JenEd Works
A Clearer Path Through Every Stage & Level of Support
JenEd offers several ways for families and caregivers to get support, depending on what is needed and where they are in the process. To start out, we offer a Strategy Session for clarity and next steps. From there, some families move into Case Launch for deeper short-term support and a more structured plan. Others continue with Monthly Support for ongoing guidance over time. We also offer À La Carte Services for more specific needs, while our Ally Up platform provides an added layer of tools, resources, and support throughout the process. Together, these options are designed to give families a clearer, more flexible path forward.
What Happens After You Reach Out
Step One
You book a Strategy Session with us via Calendly — $450, 90 minutes, prepaid.
Step two
We meet. We assess. You leave with clarity on next steps, regardless of whether we work together further.
Step three
If you choose to continue, your $450 applies toward Case Launch. We begin within seven days.
